FD108: Introduction to Stakeholder Communication
Course Description:
This course should provide development of key skills in communicating, influencing and negotiating across a broad range of organisational contexts. Delegates should leave the course with the capability to evaluate and improve both their own communications and those of others within their organisation.
Learning Outcomes:
1. The learner will be able to list the ways the organisation can effectively communicate with stakeholders and customers.
