FD108: Introduction to Stakeholder Communication

Course Description:

This course should provide development of key skills in communicating, influencing and negotiating across a broad range of organisational contexts. Delegates should leave the course with the capability to evaluate and improve both their own communications and those of others within their organisation.

Learning Outcomes:

1. The learner will be able to list the ways the organisation can effectively communicate with stakeholders and customers.
2. The learner will be able to support the effective communication of customer and stakeholder requirements.
3. The learner will be able to support the effective communication of policies, processes and plans.
4. The learner will be able to support the effective communication of actions resulting from assurance activities.
5. The learner will be able to support the gathering of insights through effective communication.
6. The learner will be able to support the implementation of improvement and change through effective communication.
7. The learner will be able to support the establishment of effective lines of communication with customers.
8. The learner will be able to support the communication of requirements for governance, according to stakeholders’ needs, to be effectively communicated through the organisation.
9. The learner will be able to be a quality motivator.
